Schroeder…

So… I have this weird obsession with Peanuts, and I always wanted to be Snoopy growing up.  I loved his imagination, weird friendship with Woodstock, epic adventures as the Red Baron and his creativity to decorate his dog house to win 1st prize.  There are times I tell my hubby, “You’re a good man Charlie Brown” … because really, he is… a good guy that is.  And if I’m Snoopy… he’s my Charlie Brown.

We obviously couldn’t name our new puppy Snoopy… because he would quickly become “Snoop Doggy Dog” with the hubby… so we ran through every other Peanuts boy name and finally landed on Schroeder.  So everyone, meet Schroeder.  We met him 2 weeks after he was born, and we’re heading back on Monday for a 2nd visit before we pick him up in December… I know, we’re a little obsessed… but can you help it?  He’s SO cute!

Jeremy & Nicole Get [Engaged]!

So, I seriously have the bestest best friend ever!  So far, she has given me two amazing clients and I’m sure they won’t be the last.  Meet Nicole & Jeremy everyone!  Nicole is one of Steph’s Alpha Gam’s, and a wonderful person to laugh with… all. day. long.  Jeremy reminds me a lot of my friend Chris.  Very mature, very composed, tons of fun.  This couple was great to shoot and get to know.  Hope you enjoy their mountainous adventure in The Smoky’s!

Reba’s Get [Famous] Senior Session!

So, Reba and I have known each other for a while.  She was in the youth group that my husband and I worked with, and we’ve stayed in touch since.  Reba has always impressed me… She’s wise beyond her years, and has this hidden depth that she doesn’t let too many people see.  She sincerely cares about people, and would do anything for her family and friends.  As soon as Reba was THINKING about her senior year she cornered me and FORCED me to shoot her session… well, maybe not forced… but there was definite begging involved.
